AESALON COLLEGE

Strong and sturdy, the tan walls of Aesalon College are proud to play host to the Practical Magic students. Indeed, the design of Aesalon College was made to take into account the likelihood for spell-mishaps - its walls are fortified with extra magic, making it much stronger than its four counterparts, and more resistant to spells.
Located on the far side of College Circle from the river, Aesalon is one of the closest to the main castle of Wydan University; it is one of the first colleges seen upon arrival, and the quickest to get to class from.
BARKWITH COLLEGE

Located on a part of the College Circle that overlooks a section of the river, Barkwith College is a pleasant and warm place to live. Taking its name from witch Musidora Barkwith, it is most certainly the college for students undertaking an arts major.
This russet coloured building calls to mind other castles in Europe, complete with turrets and towers. Four stories high, and enlarged on the inside with magic, it more than easily accomodates all the students and their rooms. With a large common room, complete with grand piano, it is easily a home of the arts, allowing plenty of room for people to gather and practice.
MULDOON COLLEGE

Light and airy, Muldoon College is also more imposing than its counterparts: while others may look more old-fashioned, the grand entrance to Muldoon College is more reminiscent of the home of a great leader - fitting for a college that houses the movers and shakers of society.
Located between Barkwith and Aesalon, Muldoon is neither too close to nor too far away from the river and the main buildings of the university. Like its residents, it is perfectly positioned for its job.
PARACELSUS COLLEGE

With the river on one side, and the gardens at its back, Paracelsus is in perfect position to house all the science majors. Herbology students can easily make their way to the gardens, while potions students can take comfort of the river at their backs. And those interested in magical creatures can look out their windows and see if the merfolk have come to visit.
WENLOCK COLLEGE

Located between the colleges of Aesalon and Paracelsus, Wenlock College - home to the Wandless Magic majors - is a simple old-fashioned building made of stone.
There’s a sense of old-fashioned romance to this building, half-covered in ivy and other clinging plants. Due to its location on the College Circle, Wenlock is rather neutral with regards to other landmarks: from some rooms you can see parts of the river and the gardens, but not as well as those who live in others.
